Breeds that do not require a haircut (Labs, Pitbulls, Great Danes, etc.) or breeds that only require trimming (Retrievers, Shepards, Collies, etc.) will be accepted over 45lbs.

For best results, we recommend medium to long haired breeds to be groomed every 4 - 6 weeks, and short haired breeds every 4 - 10 weeks. Dogs that are prone to matting may need to be groomed more frequently.
Timing will ultimately depend on your dogs size, temperament, coat condition, and type of haircut requested. Typically, bath packages will take between 1 - 2 hours, and grooming packages will take between 2 - 3 hours.
The key to reducing and avoiding matting is to get into a regular routine before the knots form. Depending on your dogs coat type, we recommend brushing and combing your dog at least once every other day. Breeds that are prone to matting may need to be brushed and combed more frequently.
