24 Hour Cancellation

If you are running late, or need to cancel/reschedule your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. All cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment time may be subject to a fee. Any dog that arrives 15 minutes past appointment time may need to be rescheduled.

Grooming times will differ for each dog. Therefore, we request that all Owners wait for us to notify them when their pet is ready for pickup. We also ask that all dogs be picked up within an hour of completion.

We require proof of an updated rabies vaccine on file for all dogs in our care. If you have a puppy, all three rounds of puppy shots must be completed prior to their first appointment.
