48 hour Cancellation

In the event that you may need to cancel, or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you notify us 48 hours prior to your appointment time. Last minute rescheduling or cancellations will result in a fee.

If you are running late to your appointment, please try to notify us as soon as possible. Any dog that will arrive 10 minutes past their appointment time may be subject to a fee, and need to be rescheduled in order to maintain our one on one schedule.

The amount of time it takes to groom a dog will differ with every pup. Although we try to provide timing estimates, we ask that all Owners wait for us to call before attempting to pick up their pup, as arriving early may make finishing a groom impossible.

Also, due to our small location and cage-free facility, we ask that all pups are picked up within an hour of completion time in order to maintain our slow-paced one on one environment.

We require proof of an updated rabies vaccine on file for all dogs in our care. If you have a puppy, all three rounds of puppy shots must be completed prior to their first appointment.
